Your trusted Sunshine Coast NDIS dietitian, delivering the health outcomes you care about

As a medically trained Accredited Practising Dietitian, my aim is to work closely with you and your care team to optimise your health, mental well-being and quality of life, because without food this is impossible to accomplish. I provide sessions from my Coolum Beach clinic, online or in the comfort of your own home, whichever you prefer. We can work together to achieve any of the following outcomes:

  • increased energy levels

  • corrected nutrient deficiencies

  • improved food preparation skills and independence with food

  • improved knowledge and confidence with your food and nutrition

  • improved mental well-being and quality of life

  • maintain a healthy weight

  • food, eating and diet overall feels easier

  • improved body image and relationship with food

  • optimised hormonal and cognitive function

  • prevent and manage inflammation, injuries and illness

  • increased muscle growth and prevention of muscle loss

  • improved sleep

These outcomes are achieved through nutrition consultations, practical workshops such as cooking sessions and supermarket tours, family and carer education, supplement regimens and tailored meal plans. You can read more about what to expect from nutrition consultations here.
