As a medically trained Accredited Practising Dietitian, my aim is to work closely with you and your care team to optimise your health, mental well-being and quality of life, because without food this is impossible to accomplish. I provide sessions from my Coolum Beach clinic, online or in the comfort of your own home, whichever you prefer. We can work together to achieve any of the following outcomes:

How to access Sunshine Coast dietitian services
You may be eligible to access dietitian services under capacity building or core support budgets if you are plan managed or self-managed. Your NDIS funding can be allocated to dietitian services for improved health and well-being, assistance with daily life or improved daily living skills if you have any of the following concerns:
diagnosed or at risk of developing chronic diseases such as Type 2 Diabetes, Cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease or Cancer.
swallowing difficulties requiring a texture-modified diet or enteral feeding
regular medications are affecting appetite and digestion
disordered eating or poor body image
mental health conditions or complex trauma
unintentional weight loss
neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD and ASD
neurological conditions such as MND and MS
food allergies and/or intolerances
gastrointestinal conditions such as IBD, Chron’s disease, IBS and diverticular disease
any conditions impacting your ability to prepare regular meals and meet your nutrition requirements

As a small business, I am not a registered NDIS provider, so I can work with you if you are self-managed or plan-managed under NDIS.
